In this position, you will develop the sale of machine services in support of the service sales force. You will be also responsible for the realization of the offer, from the analysis of the customer's needs, the CoP or from the call for tenders to the final negotiation of the offer (with the Sales Manager). Reporting to the Market Service Manager, you will be providing technical support to the customer's sales function.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Analyze the customer's request taking into account the complexities (evaluation of the specifications, identify the critical information or missing basic information,...)
- To study the contractual aspects of the request with the sales representative.
- Establish the costing of the offer from its technical definition, revise it according to the evolutions.
- To be a force for proposals and alternative solutions.
- Promote the maintenance offer in support of the Service sales force in France and abroad.
- Identify sales opportunities in new markets/targets.
- Take into account the customer's specifications and establish the technical and economic offer in compliance with the rules (Quality, Sox, Safety,...)
- Participate in commercial negotiations by providing technical support.
**Your background**:
- At least Bac +2 in Mechanics and / or Electricity.
- At least 5 years of experience on complex mechanical products.
- First experiences in technical project management (post facilities / logistics monitoring).
- Technical English and fluent French required.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, desire to learn, team spirit, agility.
- No obstacles to travel (rare trips).
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
