Nous cherchons un(e) Customer Success Executive passionné(e) et ambitieux/se pour rejoindre notre équipe France en plein développement.

**Votre rôle**

En tant que Customer Service Executive, vous aurez la responsabilité de l’onboarding des nouveaux soignants Florence, les accompagnerez dans leur découverte du produit Florence et ferez le lien avec les établissements de santé partenaires de notre plateforme.

Vous apporterez conseil et assistance quotidienne à nos soignants ainsi qu’à nos établissements partenaires et serez un maillon essentiel de notre organisation.

Vous intégrerez l’équipe Operations, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Marketing et Opérations, et serez au coeur de réacteur pour contribuer activement à notre croissance.

**Responsabilités**
- Vous serez le premier contact des nouveaux soignants en les guidant à travers la plateforme Florence, en veillant à ce qu'ils comprennent ses fonctionnalités et en vérifiant la précision des documents et informations qu'ils soumettent ;
- Vous accompagnez soignants et établissements dans la réalisation et le suivi des missions au quotidien. Vous assurez que chacun soit entendu et bénéficie du niveau de support nécessaire.

**Lien avec les équipes**
- Vous collaborez activement avec les Account Managers, en leur communiquant les retours des soignants et en travaillant de concert pour résoudre les problèmes et maximiser la satisfaction client ;
- Vous participez activement à faire évoluer le Produit avec l'équipe afin de toujours pouvoir apporter un meilleur service à nos utilisateurs.

**Requirements**:

- Vous êtes une personne d'action, avoir une liste de tâches quotidienne à gérer ne vous fait pas peur et vous aimez avancer dans un cadre défini.
- Vous maîtrisez l’art de l’organisation et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément tout en gardant le souci du détail ;
- Vous avez une réelle passion pour le contact humain, et n’hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes ;
- Vous excellez dans la communication. Vous êtes très à l'aise avec tout type d'interlocuteurs en faisant preuve d'empathie face à leur contraintes.
- Vous valorisez la cohésion, en encourageant l’esprit d’équipe, tout en promouvant la diversité et l’inclusion ;
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise dans un environnement de startup en constante évolution, avec une capacité à vous adapter rapidement.
