Sales Administration Manager, France

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Administration team, you will support European customers, based from the French office and report into our Head of Sales Administration based in Madrid.
- Raising Purchase Orders based on Forecast / Orders

2. Updating Orders book, consolidating data of POs file, Consolidating data of Forecast

3. Reporting on weekly base Orders book and forecast

4. Receiving and Processing Orders of Customers, check data accuracy in orders: Updating relevant Delivery File plan

5. TP filing / updating

6. Revenue confirmation with Orders on a monthly basis with Finance team

**Requirements**:
Excellent oral & written communication skills in English language

Computer literacy: excellent word & numbers processing & Microsoft Office handling

Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize

Excellent secretarial & interpersonal skills

Ability to research, digest, analyse and present data clearly and concisely

Adaptability, quick response, problem solving, communication skills

Responsible, pays attention to detail, demonstrates speed and accuracy

Positive personality, energetic

Multi-tasking, demonstrating flexibility

University Level Degree in Sales, Accounting or relevant field is a plus

Prior experience in similar position will be considered a plus

Highly skilled in the use of excel

Fluent French speaker, other language skills (Spanish/Dutch/German advantageous)
