Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Team Leader CRM (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe Webmarketing Au sein d’une équipe de 9 personnes vos missions seront les suivantes:
**Détail des missions**
Management
- Assurer le management opérationnel de 2 Consultants CRM basés à Paris
- Au quotidien former, animer et suivre les Consultants qui sont sous votre responsabilité
- Suivre la qualité́ des livrables produits par l’équipe CRM/respect des délais
- Participer aux rdvs clients clés en support aux Consultants sous votre responsabilité
Equipe
- Définir et mettre en place l’optimisation des différents process internes à l’équipe en collaboration avec la Directrice Marketing Digital
- Travailler main dans la main avec la Team Leader Acquisition de l’équipe afin de créer des ponts entre les expertises CRM et Acquisition
- Assurer la veille technologique active de l’équipe CRM sur les solutions/évolutions du marché
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) CRM référent auprès des autres équipes en interne
- Assurer le suivi administratif des projets : facturation, achat, suivi des temps
Opérationnel
- Prendre en charge la gestion de comptes client clés
- Concevoir des stratégies CRM (audit, segmentation, parcours client, plan relationnel et programme de fidélité) et assurer leur déploiement pour nos clients
- Assurer la gestion des campagnes : leur bonne délivrabilité et proposer les axes d’amélioration : scénarios, messages, contenus, ciblages, etc.
- Construire avec les équipes data et analyser les tableaux de bord clients pour piloter au mieux l’activité et proposer des optimisations pertinentes
- Travailler en collaboration avec les experts en Data pour permettre la réalisation des plans
- Participer au développement commercial des clients CRM (réponse aux appels d’offres)
**Profil recherché**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation universitaire supérieure (Bac+5) à dominante digitale.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée de 5 ans à mínima sur une fonction similaire.
- Vous avez une forte culture du CRM et vous savez parfaitement créer, développer et exécuter des scénarii omnicanals > maîtrise d’une ou plusieurs solutions de marketing automation demandée.
- Vous êtes à l’aise techniquement : vous connaissez le Html, vous avez de bonnes notions en base de données SQL. Vous maîtrisez la problématique des flux d’alimentation de données.
- Vous êtes pédagogue, vous avez un très bon relationnel et aimez conseiller, transmettre et faire grandir vos équipes et vos clients.
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(euse) et force de proposition pour faire grandir l’équipe.
