Digital Marketing and Consumer Insights are strategic topics at Pernod Ricard. The ambition of the Digital strategy is to build a complete vision of the consumer journey by activating the consumer at the right touchpoint and at the right moment. The goal is to ensure consumer-centricity in all activations (media, social media, CRM, etc.) by leveraging, among others, consumer insights.
To make the most of these opportunities, Pernod Ricard Headquarters is looking for a CRM Factory Lead, managing the global Consumer Relationship platform. The position will report to the
_IT Manager, Digital Marketing and Consumer Insights_ within the IT Solutions - Digital, Sales, Marketing & HR - Department at Headquarters based in Paris.
This role is part of a broader “Solutions team” which looks after Digital Commerce, Employee Collaboration and Human Resources - and more broadly any functional domain (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, etc.). This team is in charge of building and delivering global solutions for the Group - but also implementing them in local affiliates based in France (Pernod Ricard France and Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët).
The CRM Factory Lead will be in charge of projects on platforms that are part of the Digital engine and notably:
- The Global Consumer Database for the storage of consumers;
- Touchpoints of data collection that will integrate with the Global database;
- The marketing automation tool - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - to run all activations;
- The CRM Dashboard that references all the consumer data for analysis by marketers.
These solutions, part of a wider ecosystem and platforms, enable the Digitalization of a consumer centric strategic culture that puts consumers and shoppers at the heart of decision making, with the key role of utilizing digital, data and insights to create closeness and connection between Pernod Ricard brands and consumers.
The CRM Factory lead will therefore play a key role in ensuring there is an end to end understanding of the consumer. As such, he or she will lead:
- The projects relating to consumer data and especially the excellence in its collection, storage & activation
- The support of affiliates and Regions on the Consumer Relationship Ecosystem
- The vendors of platforms
- The Change Management for platform advocacy for Key users (IT & business)
The CRM Factory Lead will have a specific attention on the high compliance of the platforms with security & GDPR.
Main responsibilities:
- Application Roadmap & Project Management:
- Follow up the IT roadmap and secure resources accordingly.
- Support IT projects and deliver solutions on time, on budget and on scope, respecting quality standards.
- Coordinate IT consultants (developers and functional consultants)
- Ensure the successful implementation of the organizational change management plan for the Pernod Ricard IT Community
- Monitor project progress and produce project reporting.
- Application Evolutions:
- Secure quality and expectations of those evolutions
- Ensure documentation is up to date in the Knowledge Management system.
- Application Services:
- Support local IT: onboarding, set up, implementation and expertise
- Support solutions deployment across affiliates
- Application Maintenance:
- Qualify and manage bugs on the solutions with the concerned stakeholders
- Secure the support and implement SLA (measure quality & satisfaction)
- Manage maintenance resources (internal and external).
- Change Management:
- Define & Deploy the Change Management Strategy
- Ensure good appropriation of the solutions from other IT project managers
- IT Solutions Advisory:
- Assist the affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with local teams
- Vendor Management:
- Manage and evaluate vendors in order to ensure continuous improvement.
Scope:
- Key internal stakeholders: Global business development, IT Solutions, IT Operations, local IT teams and stakeholders from other departments
Profile required:
- Master’s degree (engineering or business school / university; computer science or related fields preferred), more than 5 years of experience in international project management, familiarity with project methodology
- Innovative, with the ability to develop creative solutions and find new ways of doing things efficiently
- Desire to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones
- Ability to adapt to change quickly with a flexible roadmap
- Working experience in an Agile environment (in terms of methodology and/or mindset)
- Pragmatic, results and customer oriented
