What you will do:
Part of the central marketing direction, you will work closely with other central departments (in particular Data and Product teams) and support the 12 countries where TheFork is present.

Reporting to the Global manager of Marketing strategy & capabilities, you will act as a project manager and work on topics related to our loyalty program, referral program and other incentives we offer to our diners in order to support user retention and acquisition.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the loyalty and incentives marketing plan
- Participate in the definition of the loyalty and incentives marketing plan (type of reward, frequency and lengths of the marketing operations, etc.).
- Work closely with the central CRM team to test and implement new loyalty and incentive actions based on customer segmentation
- Coordinate local actions
- Help customer service on cases related to loyalty and incentives

Monitor loyalty and incentives performance and draw recommendations
- Analyze the performance of loyalty and incentives actions: monitor the impact on revenue and cost, build and improve monitoring tools
- Identify areas of improvement and draw recommendations
- Coordinate analyses with the Data team

Participate to the loyalty and incentives strategy
- Together with the Global manager of Marketing strategy & capabilities, identify areas of improvement and new features
- Accompany and implement changes on loyalty and incentives by coordinating actions with other teams (Product, B2B, local marketing teams, Finance )
- Provide competitive and market insights

Who you are:

- 2-3 years’ experience working in marketing, data or consulting
- Fluency in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Expertise in loyalty program is a plus
