**Vos missions**:
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Digital Engineering, nous renforçons notre équipe Delivery et recrutons un Engagement Manager H/F chargé.e de piloter des projets à engagement dans le secteur ferroviaire/marché public.

En qualité d’Engineering Manager et sous la direction du Delivery Head, vous:

- Etes responsable de la planification, de la qualité, et de la santé financière des projets qui vous sont confiés
- Accompagnez les Project Leaders de votre périmètre
- Assurez le management opérationnel des équipes qui évoluent sur vos projets
- Etes garant des engagements contractuels entre Capgemini Engineering et ses clients
- Contribuez aux phases de réponse à appel d’offres
- Assurez la capitalisation sur les projets réalisés

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure (Bac + 3/5), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de Chef de projet dans un environnement similaire, dans un contexte industriel ou idéalement d'ESN, sur des projets au forfait ou en centre de services ainsi que:

- Une expérience en ingénierie et/ou réalisation industrielle complexe idéalement dans l’aéronautique
- Un niveau d'anglais technique nécessaire.
- Une attention particulière sera portée sur les soft Skills : Communication (communication orale, écrite et non-verbale, écoute active), Compétences interpersonnelles (travail en équipe, coordination, gestion de conflit, fiabilité, flexibilité, politesse...), Leadership (responsabilité, prise de décision, négociation, intelligence émotionnelle...), Compétences intrapersonnelles (attitude positive, éthique, gestion du temps, gestion du stress, confiance en soi, résilience...).
