KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are in search of a Lead Product Development Manager, a specialist in fragrances who is enthusiastic about product innovation and development within the luxury sector to enhance the Coty brand. We are looking for a proactive individual to join the Coty Fragrance team and significantly contribute to the brand's growth in the beauty industry.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Spearheading both short- and long-term product launch initiatives for the Coty brand, encompassing market insights, product conceptualization, formulation, development, communication, and comprehensive launch strategies.
  2. Crafting and developing exceptional support toolkits to ensure successful product launches and support existing product lines, aligned with market demands and commercial objectives.
  3. Overseeing the creation of communication materials that resonate with brand values, emphasizing creativity and sustainability.
  4. Coordinating with external partners, suppliers, and the fashion house to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Acting as the primary liaison, fostering strong relationships with expert teams to guarantee a cohesive approach across all channels (digital, merchandising, R&D, trade marketing, etc.).

Financial Oversight:

  1. Budget Management: Supervise the product line budget.
  2. Track sales performance (market share, revenue, net sales).
  3. Monitor cost management, margin targets, and profitability for the assigned product lines.
  4. Collaborate with the fashion house and Coty’s internal creative studio for all asset development (products and campaigns from concept to execution).

PROFILE OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

As a seasoned Product Development Manager, you thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment. In addition, you:

  1. Hold a degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  2. Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, specifically in Global Fragrance Marketing Development. Familiarity with promotional and gift set development is a plus.
  3. Exhibit ownership, a results-oriented mindset, dynamism, leadership, and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  4. Are fluent in English.
