We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager to join Coty's exciting venture in the Ultra Premium Fragrance sector. This position offers the chance to oversee a new brand, presenting a unique opportunity for professional growth.

Coty Prestige specializes in high-end fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare, featuring brands such as BOSS, Chloé, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Burberry, Lancaster, and Orveda, while Coty Consumer focuses on mass-market color cosmetics, body care, and fragrances with brands like Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, and Sally Hansen.

THE ROLE
We are in search of an experienced, skilled, and passionate Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager to integrate into our France Marketing/Trade Marketing team, comprised of 20 enthusiastic colleagues. You will take charge of developing and executing the marketing and trade marketing strategy for our new ultra-premium fragrance brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • YOUR ROLE: Spearhead the strategic growth of this new brand.
  • Formulate and coordinate effective strategies and in-store action plans to enhance brand visibility, attract consumers, and drive brand growth in France.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure flawless execution and impactful communication strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Advise on and establish distribution strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify new avenues for growth in both sell-in and sell-out.
  • Develop annual strategic plans with a focus on P&L management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing/Trade Marketing within the beauty sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail management in the luxury segment.
  • Expertise in brand management, innovative thinking, and strategic planning.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, along with leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen, initiative, a positive attitude, and a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • A strong desire and confidence to build something from the ground up.
