Nous recherchons pour la France un(e) responsable du développement commercial très motivé(e), pro-actif(-ve), analytique et obsédé(e) par le client. Vous rejoindriez l'équipe durant une phase de croissance ambitieuse pour nos services en France. Vous serez responsable du développement d'un portefeuille de nouveaux clients à fort impact, de la prospection jusqu'à l'accompagnement après lancement.

- Vous aimez identifier et interagir avec les clients et futurs prospects, comprendre leurs besoins et travailler pour trouver les meilleures solutions pour eux
- Vous êtes capable de traduire les besoins des clients grand compte en exigences produit
- Vous êtes capable de mener de bout-en-bout les projets de collaboration avec ces clients, d’une haute complexité autant sur le plan commercial que sur un plan technique et opérationnel
- Vous êtes autonome et pouvez jongler avec plusieurs priorités pour faire bouger les choses dans un environnement rapide, dynamique et souvent très ambigu
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le développement de relations de confiance avec les stakeholders externes et internes, y compris les niveaux de direction des comptes clés et leurs équipes opérations, achats, finances et affaires juridiques
- Vous avez fait vos preuves en matière d'atteinte et de dépassement d’objectifs
- Vous êtes capable de communiquer avec les hauts dirigeants de manière claire, concise et structurée - en particulier sous forme écrite, autant en anglais que français
- Vous alternez facilement réflexion stratégique et exécution, afin d'obtenir des résultats

Ce rôle sera basé à Paris/Clichy. Déplacements occasionels à prévoir en France et à l'international à prévoir (&lt10%).

This is a very exciting opportunity to join Amazon Shipping, a new Amazon venture in the logistics sector. We are looking for an experienced, highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed Business Development Manager in France. You will join the team as we scale a new service offering in France. You will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of key accounts in our mid-market and enterprise customer segments, and for collecting market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight our Amazon Shipping customers.
- You are excited by contributing to the growth of a new business line in a rapidly evolving market environment
- You love to identify and interact with current and potential future customers, listen to their needs, and work to find the best solutions for them
- You are able to translate the needs of large and enterprise-level customers into product requirements
- You are able to lead collaborations with such customers end-to-end, and deliver projects with high complexity in business, tech and operations domains
- You are a self-starter, able to juggle multiple priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
- You have experience in developing trustful relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-levels of key accounts and teams across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your goals.
- You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
- You can easily shift between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

This role will be based in Paris/Clichy. Occasional domestic and international travel (&lt10%).

Key job responsibilities
