Au sein d’une équipe jeune et dynamique, vous serez responsable de la relation et de la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vous apportez une vraie valeur ajoutée au niveau de la qualité de l’accompagnement autour du service PITCHY. Pour cela, vous accompagnez vos clients dans l’utilisation quotidienne de la solution proposée. Votre rôle se situe donc après la vente, et consiste à développer l’utilisation du service Pitchy au sein des équipes clientes, afin d’assurer leur fidélisation. Vous devenez l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, alimentant ainsi une relation de confiance.

Pour cela:

- vous serez en charge d’un **portefeuille de clients francophones et anglophones**
- vous avez une **bonne connaissance de l’organisation de vos clients et leur secteur d’activité**
- vous accompagnez vos clients dans la **définition **, la **mise en place **et le **suivi d’une stratégie de communication audiovisuelle**
- vous **formez **et **accompagnez **vos clients dans la prise en main de la plateforme afin de fédérer les équipes autour d’une stratégie digitale
- vous **informez **, **conseillez **et **pilotez **la montée en compétence des équipes clientes, à travers un reporting régulier
- vous **participez aux décisions stratégiques de PITCHY **en étant force de proposition dans l’identification des pistes d’innovations prioritaires et en faisant remonter les besoins et expériences client
- vous participez à la **mise en place de nouveaux process **afin de faciliter et optimiser le travail quotidien de l’équipe CSM
- vous **enrichissez les outils CRM de suivi client**
- vous êtes **force de proposition auprès du client **, dans la promotion des innovations de la plateforme PITCHY
- vous avez une **appétence commerciale **afin d’identifier des **opportunités de développement commercial **au sein de votre portefeuille client.

Diplômé.e d’une école de commerce ou équivalent, avec idéalement une 1ère expérience de 2 ans en Customer Success.
