**Kel poste et missions**:
Dans le cadre de son rapide développement, Kel Foncier recrute 1 Customer Success Manager / Chargé(e) de la relation client B2B (H/F). Vous êtes le premier point de contact des Clients et devez rendre les Clients heureux. Vos missions sont de:

- Répondre aux questions sur le logiciel Kel Foncier et sur le métier du développement immobilier en transférant les interrogations les plus pointues à la bonne personne
- S’assurer que les Clients utilisent au maximum le potentiel du logiciel Kel Foncier et s’assurer que les meilleures pratiques sont partagées
- Accueillir les nouveaux utilisateurs et les contacter régulièrement

Vous construirez des relations à long terme avec les Clients en augmentant la satisfaction Client, la fidélisation, l’adoption du logiciel et le partage de connaissances.

**Kel profil**:
Expérience dans la relation client avec des entreprises de plusieurs années ou dans la vente B2B (Business Developer, Commercial )

A l’aise au téléphone et avec les outils digitaux

Forte capacité d’apprentissage
