**YOUR MISSION: TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS O BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE**:
You will work directly with the** Head of Customer Success Europe** and will be responsible for:

- **Develop** a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts
- **Prepare** periodic performance reports and business reviews
- **Generate** upsell and cross sell
- **Build** long term and consultative relationships with clients
- **Develop** an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business

**YOUR PROFILE : ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR THE SPANISH MARKET**:
**Must have**:

- You have **+ 2 years experience as a B2B Account Manager** or CSM ideally in **payment, e-commerce, saas, transport, consulting**:

- You have strong **analytical skills**:

- You have experience in **developing a portfolio of existing clients**:

- You have a proven track record of **excellent interpersonal skills** and are able to build win/win relationships with clients
- You have a proven** track record of performance**:

- You are **bilingual in English and Spanish**

**Nice to have**
- You are a **native spanish or have lived in Spain**

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**:

- **Location**: Paris (1st)
- **Remote** 2 days/week
- **Salary**: 50K€-65K€ fixed + 10K€ variable
