Pianity is on a mission to revolutionize the music industry. We are building a platform that elevates the value of music and empowers artists and fans. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team.
Your Missions
- Lead the product development process from conception to final implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements that align with our brand identity and mission, ensuring that our product continues to meet the evolving needs of our users.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate user feedback, market insights, and technical requirements into product features and improvements.
- Utilize data analytics and user research to inform decision-making and drive iterative improvements to our product.
- Prototype and test product ideas with users and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback for refinement.
- Serve as a champion for our users within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that their voices are heard in the product development process.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- A track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Passion for music and an interest in emerging technologies, such as blockchain and NFTs, is a plus.
