Responsabilités:

- Prise en charge des leads entrants et des prospects.
- Gestion et accompagnement des comptes existants.
- Développer de nouveaux réseaux de distribution BtoB (Revendeurs Contract, aménageurs debureaux et hôtels, architectes and décorateurs.)
- Organisation et mise à jour du logiciel de gestion client (CRM)
- Participer à des évènements professionnels, déplacements chez les clients ou salonsprofessionnels.
- S’assurer que nos clients aient les outils commerciaux nécessaires pour réussir leurs projetsd’architecture.
- Utiliser des outils marketing pour promouvoir l’agence sur le territoire français (Linkedin,Instagram, Mailchimp)

Compétences requises:

- Avoir la fibre commerciale et un sens relationnel.
- Une excellente communication orale et écrite.Vous avez une appétence pour le commerce international. Un sens rigoureux de l’organisation.Travailler en autonomie.Maitrise du pack office.
