About the team:
The SAP Training and Adoption products and services are the central piece of SAP’s Land, Adoption, Consume and Expand (LACE) sales strategy and helps drive adoption with our customers to help them realise their return of investment on SAP solutions. The EMEA North Training and Adoption organization supports the teams in the region in generating demand and developing new ways of connecting with customers and partners.
In this role, you’ll:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to support the team in building pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within Training and Adoption, in the areas of: People Capabilities, Training, Adoption and Change Management. As the glue between sales and marketing - you will help us develop inbound and outbound leads and profile accounts before passing across this information to our field sales colleagues. **Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
- Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meet daily activity KPIs
Who you are:
We’re looking for an energetic people person who is a self-starter and eager to learn. You are goal oriented, organized and a team player.
As well as:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Fluent French speaker mandatory
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Ambitious, goal oriented and success driven
- Digital native, able to learn digital tools and adapt quickly
