En tant que User Success Manager, tu es responsable de l’efficacité et du confort des utilisateurs internes de Pretto. Membre à part entière de l’équipe technique, ta responsabilité est d’incarner l’IT au coeur des équipes. Tu vas apprendre à connaitre le quotidien des utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et améliorer leur vie de tous les jours sur les machines et les logiciels.

Tu es responsable du parc informatique et du support de tous les utilisateurs internes chez Pretto (experts crédits, experts assurances, conseillers, analystes ).

Tu les aides à comprendre leurs outils informatiques et l’utilisations des logiciels développés par l’équipe tech.

A partir des remontées tu te construits une opinion forte des problématiques les plus bloquantes et construit avec l’équipe produit la priorisation des nouvelles features à développer.

Tu es basé(e) à Paris mais tu es amené(e) à te déplacer ponctuellement sur notre site de Nantes.

Mission
- Support de 1er niveau sur les outils métier de crédit immobilier
- Construction de la feuille de route des évolution à apporter aux outils avec l’équipe produit à partir des feedbacks récoltés
- Gestion et préparation des postes de travail utilisateurs (PC, Mac & Linux)
- Gestion des comptes utilisateurs et des différentes licences
- Mettre en place une solution type RMM pour piloter notre parc informatique
- Gestion de toute l’IT interne (réseau, wifi, visio, systèmes de sécurité)
- Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures et documents technique

Profil recherché
- Tu aimes aider les gens et résoudre des problèmes
- Tu es organisée et tu as un bon relationnel
- Tu as déjà une expérience sur le poste de Responsable IT ou de support client
- Tu connais Windows, Mac OS et Linux mais surtout Windows
- Tu connais Google Suite
- Tu es autonome
- Tu es force de proposition sur ton scope
