Description du poste
En tant que Directeur risques et conformité au sein de BELIEVE, vous êtes rattaché au VP Group Corporate Legal and Compliance et reportez régulièrement au top management de Believe.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie « Risk et Compliance » au sein d’un groupe international côté en bourse, présent dans plus de 50 pays.
- Définir avec une vision long terme les programmes de conformité du Groupe (en matière de protection des données personnelles, prévention de la corruption en conformité avec les réglementations applicables telle que Sapin 2, prévention de la fraude) ;
- Piloter l'efficacité du déploiement des programmes de conformité par l'élaboration et la mise à jour des politiques, procédures, lignes directrices, contrôle de la mise en œuvre par les métiers opérationnels;
- Définir et piloter la diffusion de la culture de conformité : Préparation de supports et contenus de sensibilisation et de formation pour tous métiers (opérationnels, métiers référents, top management), mise en place de suivi des formations, animation de modules de sensibilisation/formation... ;
- Piloter et animer les réseaux des référents en matière de risque et de conformité : Support à la production de documents et de communication, mise en place de documentation structurée, contrôle des processus mis en place,... ;
- Identifier et piloter la mise en place et l'appropriation d'outils digitaux pour le suivi de la conformité ;
- Assurer la traçabilité des actions engagées et établir les reportings périodiques de l'activité au niveau COMEX, Comités de Believe SA ;
- Être le correspondant des autorités indépendantes compétentes,
- Identifier et assurer une veille sur le périmètre de la conformité : Suivi et analyse des développements réglementaires au niveau du groupe, veille sur les bonnes pratiques en conformité au siège et dans les filiales étrangères.
- Piloter la mise en conformité au RGPD et aux réglementations internationales en matière de protection des données personnelles. En assurer le respect dans toutes ses dimensions en vous assurant du suivi et du respect des processus que vous définirez. Vous vous appuyez sur un réseau de référents dont vous contrôlez régulièrement l’activité.
**Qualifications**:
Titulaire d’un Master dans des disciplines telles que l'économie, le droit, la comptabilité ou la finance.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un certificat de compliance (CCEP), et avez une expérience éprouvée et polyvalente dans l’appréhension des risques et leur mitigation.
Connaissance approfondie des exigences et contrôles légaux tels que la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent.
Vous bénéficiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans ces sujets, idéalement acquise au sein d'une multinationale.
Vous disposez d’une méthodologie de chefferie de projet pour accompagner un groupe en forte croissance.
Vous êtes parfaitement autonome et capable de travailler en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre très bonne communication, votre leadership et votre capacité à convaincre et à faire avancer les projets dans un cadre mouvant et en croissance rapide.
Vous êtes doté d’excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles permettant de travailler efficacement avec tous les membres de la société, à tous niveaux de la hiérarchie et dans un contexte multi-culturel.
