**Présentation Département Sales & du poste**

Votre mission principale consistera à **créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et accompagner le processus de signature d'un projet.**
- **Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (40%) **:prospecter, identifier de nouveaux besoins, cibler des prospects, entretenir la relation avec les clients existants,
- **Qualifier **(définir les objectifs business, la timeline et le budget) **et orienter **(UX) **le besoin du client (15%)**:

- **Etablir le cahier des charges à partir du besoin du client pour les équipes internes (10%),**:

- **Participer au processus d'évaluation de faisabilité (15%) **:technique, créatif, financier, administratif, de production & de timing,
- **Présenter l'offre et la négocier (15%)**: financière, timing et qualité du projet,
- **Suivre les projets via l'outil Hubspot (5%).**
- **Nos attentes onboarding +90 jours **_:
→ une trentaine de prospections qualifiées (prise de contact et/ou RDV),

→ développer de très bonnes connaissances dans le secteur de la réalité augmentée (AR), des marques, des contenus et des plateformes,

→ une maîtrise de notre outil de CRM (Hubspot),

→ une autonomie de la qualification du besoin client au suivi des projets.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion de projet ou production digitale,
- Vous avez une première expérience en agence ou studio digital,
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un outil de CRM,
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais professionnel (compréhension, oral et écrit),
- Vos _qualités :_ bon relationnel, vous avez ou savez créer un réseau de prospects potentiels, une sensibilité créative et une appétence aux technologies immersives et notamment l‘AR.

**Nos outils**: Hubspot, Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Payfit.
