**Votre mission**:
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation recherche pour son client un Manager trade marketing H/F basé à Colombes.

Au sein du service marketing d’un groupe international, vos missions sont les suivantes:
Stratégie Réseau
- Guider les équipes de vente locales sur les priorités du marché/des réseaux identifiés avec le Manager.
- Contribuer au développement de la stratégie régionale pour des réseaux/clients spécifiques en partageant des informations sur le marché.
- Fournir des informations au Manager pour renforcer les stratégies commerciales et les plans de vente.
- Partager avec les équipes de vente une communication standardisée, alignée sur les formats définis par le Manager pour les marchés EMEA.

Planning Annuel
- Comprendre les informations du marché et les utiliser pour contribuer à la planification annuelle et à la stratégie à plus long terme lors de la planification avec le Manager.
- Partager ses connaissances sur la perspective des réseaux pour l'assortiment de la gamme.
- Gérer l'assortiment de la gamme par réseau. Analyser les écarts dans le cadre de la planification annuelle.
- Proposer des idées / plans pour soutenir les ventes.

Exécution du Plan Commercial (Réseau & Client)
- S'aligner avec le directeur des ventes sur les plans de commercialisation des produits par canal/client.
- Articuler les plans réseaux/clients avec les ventes - en s'alignant sur les priorités définies et l'approche standardisée dans toute la région EMEA.
- Contrôler l'exactitude et le déploiement des plans.
- Surveiller les performances des canaux.
- Suivre les dépenses par rapport au budget.
- Faire part des opportunités.
- Partager les meilleures pratiques sur l’exécution/le lancement du plan afin d’en tirer des enseignements.

Plan de Croissance Commun (JBP), Revues d’Enseignes (Line Reviews)
- Soutenir les ventes grâce au Plan de Croissance Commun et aux revues d’enseignes avec les clients prioritaires (activation de lancement, plans de soutien aux ventes, Back to School (BTS) et autres informations sur les périodes clés).
- Vérifier et partager les informations clés et Nouveaux Produits (NPD) pour aider les revues de gamme, les échantillons, les vérifications des données logistiques.
- Soutenir les ventes lors des visites de clients externes (clients prioritaires et plans prioritaires).

**Votre profil**:

- BAC +5 / Master 2 avec une spécialisation Marketing
- 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans une entreprise leader dans le domaine des produits de grande consommation (Channel Management, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Field Merchandising, Category Management, Marketing, Ventes).
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Anglais courant
