**Hi, we are Volvo Group - Flexis**

Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.
We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.
To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.

**The role you could fill**:
As the Vehicle Flows and Charging Solutions Specialist, you will be the guru in understanding and addressing customer operational constraints related to vehicle flows. Your primary focus will be on securing the full customer’s satisfaction with the turnkey solution in place and get the full performance and efficiency of vehicles in fleet.
You will be proposing holistic solutions that encompass charging infrastructure and support seamless integration with clients' operational workflows.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of customers' operational constraints, specifically focusing on vehicle flows within last-mile delivery logistics.
- Collaborate with key account teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities per customer.
- Support and propose comprehensive charging solutions that align with customer operational requirements.
- Work closely with customers to integrate proposed solutions seamlessly into their existing operational workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing vehicle flows through the integration of charging infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists ensuring they address both vehicle flow and charging requirements ensuring that proposed solutions enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Liaise with IT integration teams to align proposed solutions with customers' IT infrastructure and define technical requirements to ensure successful integration.
- Act as a key contributor to the project sales to ensure the timely and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address technical aspects related to vehicle flows and charging.
- Provide training to key account teams and clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to address any technical queries or challenges during implementation.

- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies and charging infrastructure planning.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize operational workflows.
- Highly engagement for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety)
- Strong customer obsession to build trust.
- Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
- Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
- Fluent English
