**The role you could fill**:
The Marketing & Communications Project Manager’s mission is to prepare the development and implementation of the projected company’s marketing, branding, and communication activities, in order to ensure that the company’s
brand and offerings will ultimately be effectively promoted in Europe.

**Key responsabilities include but are not limited to**:
“MarCom”:

- Define the company’s marketing & communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust market knowledge
- Propose a relevant customer segmentation & develop a strong understanding of the various audiences
- Prepare innovative communication channels, the required channel management processes and the relevant content production to reach the targeted audiences.
- Prepare all marketing materials and plans to expose company’s brand and customer promises to its targeted audience in case of project implementation.

“Corporate Com”:

- Support the preparation of company potential launch in coordination with parents companies (incl. prepare and issue Press Releases)
- In collaboration with the management team, prepare needed Media relations (securing the required consistency with parent companies when needed)

“Brand Management”:

- Finalize the development of the projected commercial brand name, and related overall naming strategy
- Under the strategic guidance of the management team, secure the preparation of the company’s brand platform
- Prepare the development and maintenance of the required Corporate Identity and Corporate Design elements
- Secure the relevant support of IP agency for Trademark registrations or brand protection topics.
- Secure the brand’s consistency in line with project company Vision & Mission
- Take care of the selection and manages potential advertising/marketing/branding agencies, and/or other external consultants

Frequent travel to Lyon/Paris and across Europe.

**What you bring**:

- Creative and customer obsessed
- Strong Marketing/Communication background, including digital marketing/communication
- ** B to B background **is essential for the position
- Experience in an automotive or tech industry is highly appreciated
- Ability to combine “strategic thinking” with efficient “operational activation”
- Excellent communications and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Agile and eager to learn & share
- Able to work cross functionally in project mode
- Act as a real tam player, promoting collaboration and support
- Fluent **English**, other language as nice to have

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
