**Vos missions**

Basé(e) à Paris, vous êtes rattaché.e à la Brand Content Manager et participer à la création et la diffusion de l’image de marque à travers la vidéo. Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- Accélérer notre prise de parole en vidéo sur les réseaux sociaux, en créant du contenu qui contribue à faire des marques une référence dans le domaine des thérapies naturelles
- Faire de la vidéo un véritable levier d’acquisition et de fidélisation pour les différentes marques
- Traduire grâce à la vidéo notre culture, vie d’entreprise et expertise d’une manière attrayante et positive
- Soutenir toutes les facettes de l’entreprise : contenu, marketing produit, RH, événements, etc.
- Pré-production : participer à la conceptualisation des scripts et scénarios innovants en apportant votre créativité à chaque projet
- Tournage : participer à la gestion, création, l’organisation et le bon déroulé de la production
- Montage : réaliser le montage de formats vidéos variés (Réels, Tiktok, ads, interviews, événementiel, etc.)

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes capable de mener une stratégie marketing différenciante par la vidéo
- Vous avez mené à bien des projets vidéos et disposez d’une maîtrise des techniques de tournage (storytelling, snack content, reportages, etc.) et des logiciels de montage vidéos (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Vous avez une appétence pour les réseaux sociaux (notamment Tiktok) et les nouvelles techniques de production
- Vous êtes organisé.e dans la gestion de vos chantiers
- Vous avez un réel intérêt pour les thérapies naturelles (santé, bien-être)
- Vous savez travailler en équipe, de manière autonome et prendre des initiatives dans une logique business
