**Les missions**

Chez Graneet, l'équipe Customer Success s’assure de la satisfaction des clients en étant leur point de contact privilégié et en trouvant des solutions pour répondre à leurs besoins. Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success composée de 4 personnes et en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Sales, Produit et Tech, tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Customer Care : être proactif dans la détection de blocage d’un client en mesurant régulièrement leur satisfaction appels réguliers et proactifs des clients, relation de confiance avec tous les utilisateurs, suivi de metrics pour identifier les blocages
- Remonter les demandes des clients et participer à la construction du produit l'équipe Customer Success est la voix du client dans l'entreprise

L'équipe CS grandit et évolue continuellement, tu auras aussi l'opportunité de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process

**Profil recherché**
- Etudiant(e) en M1 ou M2 d'école de commerce, université, école d'ingénieur tu recherches un stage de 6 mois pour début 2023
- Tu aimes le contact avec les clients
- Tu as une excellente expression oral comme écrite. Ton français est irréprochable.
- Tu as une forte capacité d’adaptation, tu sais t’approprier des sujets complexes et les retranscrire de manière simple
- Tu as une appétence pour la Tech et pour l'entrepreneuriat
- Tu es d’un naturel autonome, et tu n’as pas peur de prendre des initiatives
