**Résumé**

Le/ La HR Business Partner est le/la principal(e) partenaire RH de la région Mainland Europe. Il/ Elle assure le leadership nécessaire aux employés et aux managers pour fournir un ensemble de mesures stratégiques, tactiques et opérationnelles en matière de ressources humaines, qui soit en parfaite adéquation avec les objectifs stratégiques, financiers et en matière de gestion des talents.

Ses missions sont axées autour de la gestion des talents et de la performance, du déploiement des projets, de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux, ainsi que du respect des politiques et des procédures.

**Fonctions et responsabilités essentiels**
- En partenariat avec le DG Mainland Europe, la Directrice des Filiales Mainland Europe et les GM de chaque pays : gérer et diriger l’agenda RH afin d’apporter un soutien aux différentes unités opérationnelles dans leurs besoins et leurs priorités (ex : évaluation, coaching, élaboration de stratégies, conduite du changement, rétention, recrutement et développement, DE&I, RSE)
- Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes RH Monde & Régions de Benefit ainsi qu’avec les équipes RH de LVMH afin de garantir des politiques cohérentes et claires
- Apporter un soutien en matière de ressources humaines aux équipes locales, axé sur le recrutement de nouveaux talents et le développement des équipes existantes, tant pour la population siège que pour la population terrain.
- Encadrer et développer les équipes de management en leur fournissant des objectifs clairs, des feedbacks sur leurs performances ainsi qu’accompagnement et des opportunités de développement de carrière. Assurer un leadership transversal en matière de ressources humaines afin de promouvoir la collaboration entre les unités opérationnelles.
- Fournir à la direction générale du Mainland Europe des informations et des perspectives analytiques afin de faciliter la prise de décisions commerciales globales et faire en sorte d’avoir un haut niveau d’engagement des collaborateurs (ex : rapports sur le turnover, données sur les entretiens de départ, études de rémunération)
- Fournir des idées et des conseils aux GM des pays et à leurs équipes sur la conduite du changement, l’évaluation de l’organisation et sur comment exploiter les outils et programmes RH pour créer une organisation effiace (ex : plans de succession, gestion des performance, feedback, learning)
- Gérer le processus de performance (RISE/ICR), y compris la fixation des objectifs, la revue de performance, la planification du développement des collaborateurs et des rémunérations. Assurer la formation et l’accompagnement des managers et des collaborateurs sur ce processus, les rôles, les formulaires, l’évaluation, l’étalonnage et les délais.
- En partenariat avec les équipes régionales Mainland Europe, travailler sur les différentes problématiques relatives aux collaborateurs : politiques et procédures liées à la performance, enquêtes sur les fautes professionnelles, licenciements, communications entre les collaborateurs
- Fournir des conseils sur les exercices de budgétisation des coûts du personnel pour tous les pays du Mainland Europe
- Gérer le P&L HR régional
- Créer et animer une communauté de HRBP à travers la région, en partenariat avec les filiales de LVMH dans les pays

**Profile**:

- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines,
- Expérience en recrutement, formation, évaluation des performances, rémunération, coaching, développement organisationnel,
- Capacité à mettre en place une conduite du changement avec les équipes de direction
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes de différents niveaux hiérarchiques et de différentes fonctions
- Compétences analytiques solides
- Compétences solides en matière de communication orale et écrite
