Technicien Laboratoire d’Analyse des Granulats

Rattaché (e) au Directeur du Bureau d’Etudes, vous serez en charge de l’analyse des échantillons de roches et de minerais, puis de la rédaction du rapport d’analyse en suivant les normes en vigueur.

Ce poste est basé à Mâcon mais nécessite des déplacements ponctuels sur sites clients.

Vous travaillerez, en interne, en étroite collaboration avec le bureau d’études, les responsables produits, les metteurs en route, les services support technique, après-vente et commercial ainsi qu’avec les autres techniciens laboratoire du groupe Metso et, en externe, avec les clients et les fournisseurs d’équipements de laboratoire.

**Vos principales missions**:
Réceptionner et identifier les échantillons de matériaux en provenance des sites clients
Préparer les échantillons en fonction du type de matériau reçu : réduction de la granulométrie par broyage et/ou lavage puis séchage des matériaux
Mesurer la masse volumique des échantillons
Tamiser les échantillons afin de définir les courbes granulométriques
Réaliser le test d’abrasivité et le test de fragmentation dynamique afin de définir les caractéristiques mécaniques des roches
Réaliser le test au bleu de méthylène afin de définir les caractéristiques physicochimiques
Analyser les résultats des tests en laboratoire en fonction des normes référencées afin de rédiger et de communiquer un rapport de test
Participer à des campagnes de test de performance et d’optimisation des installations de broyage sur site client

**Votre profil pour réussir sur ce poste**:
Vous avez un diplôme de Technicien de Laboratoire des matériaux pour la construction et l’industrie ou un niveau équivalent en mesure physique
Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de minimum 1 an en laboratoire d’analyse ou dans l’industrie
Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux et autonome
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais B1 minimum

Vous possédez également les compétences informatiques suivantes:
Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)
Capacité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels
