Quels que soient les besoins des entreprises, Flatchr a des solutions pour faciliter la mission du recrutement, en améliorant l’organisation et l’efficacité des embauches, tout en leur faisant économiser du temps et de l’argent.

Plus qu’une solution Saas, Flatchr est la scale-up française qui disrupte le recrutement trop longtemps laissé-pour-compte, afin qu’il prenne une place centrale en entreprise, qu'il soit collaboratif et digitalisé

En pleine croissance Flatchr continue de se développer et de se structurer. C'est dans ce cadre que nous sommes à la recherche de nos futurs Customer Support Specialists. En collaborant avec notre équipe existante, tu contribueras à renforcer notre pôle et à soutenir notre croissance avec assurance

En tant que point de contact privilégié pour nos clients, ton rôle est primordial pour garantir la qualité de notre solution et participer à son expansion.

Ton quotidien:

- Gérer avec efficacité le chat et les demandes spécifiques des clients étant leur premier point de contact
- Diagnostiquer et classer les problèmes signalés par les clients, qu'ils soient liés à des incidents, à une utilisation incorrecte de flatchr ou à des malentendus. ️
- Mettre en place des solutions en effectuant des diagnostics, en identifiant les problèmes et en formulant des solutions appropriées, tout en assurant un suivi jusqu'à la résolution.
- Garantir le suivi et la communication des tickets aux utilisateurs. ️
- Repérer des opportunités commerciales et les relayer à l'équipe commerciale ou aux Customer Success Managers pour des actions ciblées.

Tu as une expérience préalable dans le support au sein d'une entreprise Saas BtoB**
- Tu es à l’aise dans les interactions avec les clients ️
- Tu es capable de t’adapter rapidement à un environnement innovant et en évolution
- Tu sais faire preuve de persévérance et d'organisation
- Tu es bienveillant.e, empathique et résilient.e
- Tu es proactif.ve.
- Tu possèdes un niveau d'anglais professionnel
