Au sein du site de Vélizy, nos équipes hautement qualifiées conçoivent et produisent des amplificateurs de puissance (tubes à ondes progressives, klystrons, gyrotrons, sous-systèmes pour les Grandes Infrastructures de Recherche, etc.) à destination des marchés Défense, Sécurité, Spatial et Scientifique. Chaque jour nos cadres, ingénieurs, techniciens et opérateurs mettent en commun leurs savoir-faire unique au service de l’innovation.

**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?**
De formation BAC+5 Ingénieur avec une formation Achat ou bien de formation école de commerce avec une curiosité technique, vous avez une expérience réussie dans les achats, notamment en négociation ?
Vous avez une vision stratégique des achats ?
Vous maîtrisez les enjeux technico-financiers ?
Les Achats techniques liés aux projets de Thales vous intéressent ?
Vous parlez couramment anglais et avez une expérience de travail dans un environnement international ?
Vos qualités relationnelles, votre goût pour le travail en équipe, votre sens du service client et votre capacité à travailler en transverse sont vos principaux atouts.

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Par ailleurs, vous aurez la charge de définir et déployer la stratégie de cette commodité pour le Groupe en coordination avec le réseau international de la catégorie.
En nous rejoignant, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes:
- Comprendre le besoin du client, l’aider à le formuler et le challenger, établir la stratégie et construire le plan d'acquisition de votre commodité sur les projets clés,
- Gérer le processus d'acquisition (sélectionner les fournisseurs, mener la consultation, négocier des contrats au meilleur coût total (TCO) et gérer la performance des fournisseurs de votre portefeuille,
- Mettre en œuvre la politique achats de votre commodité (fournisseurs cibles, stratégiques, contrats et accords-cadres), la bâtir et la partager régulièrement avec vos prescripteurs internes achats et techniques,
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus achats en définissant des solutions optimum d’approvisionnement et en optimisant le traitement des achats,
- Maintenir votre connaissance du marché de la commodité afin d'apporter un support de conseil à vos prescripteurs et maintenir votre stratégie globale à jour.
