En tant que Customer Service Employee, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Traiter la prise de commandes : Gérer efficacement le processus de prise de commandes en utilisant à la fois des méthodes manuelles et des systèmes EDI, garantissant ainsi un traitement précis et rapide des commandes des clients,
- Support client : Répondez aux demandes, préoccupations et demandes des clients rapidement et professionnellement, en fournissant un excellent service et en maintenant une expérience client positive,
- Esprit de service : Maintenir une approche axée sur le service, en allant au-delà des attentes pour répondre aux attentes des clients et en fournissant des solutions à tous les défis qui peuvent survenir,
- SAP 4/HANA : Utilisez le système SAP 4/HANA pour traiter les commandes, suivre les expéditions et générer des rapports, garantissant ainsi des informations précises et à jour pour les parties prenantes internes et externes,
- Rapports : Préparer des rapports réguliers et conserver des enregistrements précis des commandes, des demandes et des résolutions des clients, en fournissant des informations au responsable de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et en contribuant aux efforts d'amélioration continue,
- Gestion des pénalités et des réclamations,
- Mise en place du processus et impact transversal au sein de l'équipe.

Profil recherché:

- Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de service client ou de gestion des commandes,
- Esprit d'équipe : Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe,
- Esprit de service : Forte orientation client avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles,
- Connaissance de SAP ou de systèmes de planification des ressources d'entreprise (ERP) similaires est souhaitable,
- Adaptabilité : Volonté de s'adapter à des circonstances changeantes, de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et de rester calme sous pression.
