Au sein de la Digital Factory, dans le département UX Design, Voice of Customer et Innovation, l'équipe Voice of Customer à la charge:

- D'enrichir la connaissance de nos Clients, la compréhension (profonde) de leurs besoins et usages
- De co-construire avec nos Clients, créer un dialogue, des interactions continues
- De développer l'orientation client au sein de la Digital Factory, à travers l'acculturation des méthodes et pratiques.
- De piloter et impacter la satisfaction de nos Clients, contribuer à améliorer l'expérience utilisateur

Description du poste
Dans un contexte de multiplication des opportunités d'interactions avec nos clients, le/la User Insights Project Manager a pour mission de capturer et comprendre ce que nos clients expriment à l'usage de nos produits (canaux digitaux) et d'inscrire leur attentes (réelles) dans un processus d'amélioration continue de la qualité de l'expérience, en collaboration étroite avec la Guest Insights Manager ainsi que l'ensemble des équipes Produit et Design.

**Missions et responsabilités**:

- Analyser les retours utilisateurs issus des principaux points de contact (approche qualitative croisée à des données quantitatives) afin de dégager des irritants et des opportunités d'évolution.
- Suivre les indicateurs de satisfaction et diffuser en interne les retours utilisateurs via la création de dashboards ainsi que la production de rapports.
- Accompagner les équipes internes pour faciliter l'adoption des outils et pratiques voix du client, à travers la rédaction de guidelines et/ou de support de communication.
- Gestion de projet transverse:

- Optimiser en continue le dispositif d'écoute client et les outils de feedback management en place
- Contribuer au développement de processus favorisant la prise en compte des insights dans la conception et le développement des produits
- Enrichir la plateforme collaborative de l'équipe (espace de travail Notion).
- Créer et enrichir une base de connaissance client (Research & Insights Library)
- Contribuer à la mise en place d'études utilisateurs (selon activité)

**Qualifications**:

- Niveau Bac+5, recherche d'un stage de fin d'études ou une expérience en césure.
- Forte sensibilité client et data
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de raisonnement.
- Vous êtes de nature curieux(se) et rigoureux(se)
- Qualité d'expression écrite et orale
- Aisance relationnelle, interactions nombreuses au sein de l'équipe et de la Direction
- La connaissance d'outils de data visualisation (Tableau, ) et de collaboration (Notion, Miro ) est un atout
- Maitrise de l'anglais (niveau professionnel, contexte international)
