- PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. Since 2015, we have set ourselves a mission to simplify payroll for SMBs and enable employers and employees to grow together. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 9500 clients.

**Employer Branding & talent acquisition assistant for a 12-month apprenticeship.**
Your responsibilities will be ️
**Employer branding**
- Support in promoting PayFit’s image to current and future employees in order to retain and attract them in the long term
- Be an ambassador for PayFit’s corporate culture and our diversity & inclusion policy
- Animate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) for France mainly, in coordination with other countries (Spain and UK)
- Support in securing partnerships with leading schools and universities based on recruitment needs
**Talent acquisition**
You will be in charge of managing the whole recruitment process for internship & apprenticeship positions at Payfit, including:
- Job posting : write, challenge and post your job ad on all our specialized job boards
- If needed, train your interviewer on how to conduct interview
- Follow-up of the recruitment process with Payfit’s hirings managers (interview, brief, case studies)
- Hiring proposals
- Welcome and integration of new traineesFor that, we’ll offer you a full recruitment training through our learning platforms and with the help of our talent acquisition team.
These tasks can obviously evolve, depending on your skills in other areas
