Missions

Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de projet pour le Talent Acquisition au niveau mondial, passionné(e) et motivé(e), pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique de travailler sur des projets clés au sein de notre équipe Global Talent Acquisition, en soutenant le développement et le déploiement de notre Employer Value Proposition (EVP) dans le monde entier.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Gestion du projet de développement de la proposition de valeur de l'employeur (EVP) : Aider à coordonner le projet entre les entités mondiales et les équipes des agences.
- Soutenir le déploiement de la PVE dans le monde entier : Assurer la mise en œuvre harmonieuse des initiatives de la PVE dans les différentes régions.
- Faciliter l'engagement : Favoriser la collaboration au sein de la communauté mondiale d'acquisition de talents afin de partager les meilleures pratiques et de développer une vision unifiée de l'excellence en matière de recrutement.
- Création d'outils de marque : Participer à la création et à la diffusion d'outils de marque afin d'améliorer l'image de Louis Vuitton en tant qu'employeur de choix.
- Soutien aux projets transversaux : Collaborer à des projets transversaux au sein de l'équipe Global Talent Acquisition.We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on key projects within our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the development and roll-out of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Development Project Management: Assist in coordinating the project among global entities and agency teams.
- Support the Roll-out of EVP Worldwide: Ensure the smooth implementation of EVP initiatives across various regions.
- Facilitate Engagement: Foster collaboration within the global talent acquisition community to share best practices and develop a unified vision for recruiting excellence.
- Branding Tools Creation: Partner in creating and disseminating branding tools to enhance Louis Vuitton's image as an employer of choice.
- Transversal Projects Support: Collaborate on transversal projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team.

Profil

**Profil**:

- Formation : vous possédez une licence ou équivalent universitaire en marketing, ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : vous possédez une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la communication, de la marque employeur, du marketing, des ressources humaines, de l'acquisition de talents ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Compétences requises:

- Vous êtes passioné.e / curieux.se à propos des RH et du Talent Acquisition
- Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de recherche de d'analysen ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Vous possédez un esprit créatif et innovant, ainsi qu'une forte éthique de travail
- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais**Profile**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in Communication, Employer Branding, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
- Competencies required:

- Passion/Curiosity for HR/Talent Acquisition
- Strong Research & Analytical Skills, as well as Excellent Communication Skills
- Creative & Innovative Mindset, and Strong Work Ethic
- Team Player
- Fluent in English
