Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customers to register the Cainiao system, provide quotations to customers based on existing service products, including but not limited to: pick-up from WH, in-warehouse ops, transshipment within the EU, and LM delivery. And complete the process of contract signing and system subscription;

2. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and requests are processed in timely manner;

3. Data collection and analysis to better understand our customers; daily communication with customers and maintaining customer relationships

4. Explore partnership and marketing opportunities with business partners

Job Requirements:
1. Generally, prefer 3 years of experience on KA sales or EU express logistics solutions

2. Excellent communication skills - fluency in English is definitely an advantage

3. Good interpersonal skills required

4. A creative mind, self-driven and able to work independently

5. University diploma or equivalent required.
