Notre client, un acteur de premier plan sur le marché des Arts de la table, recherche son futur Country Manager/Chef de Zone Amérique du Nord F/H (USA & Canada).

**Missions**

En accord avec la politique du groupe, notre Country Manager/Chef de Zone Retail & Food Service (Canada & USA) devra:

- Définir la stratégie de développement de la zone, de ses clients, des canaux (on et offline), des marques et des catégories, ainsi que les plans de lancement d'innovations/prix/partenariats. Il s’assurera de la pertinence globale en intégrant l'approche catégorielle.
- Définir la stratégie à court et moyen terme, la présenter à l'équipe du Comex, identifier les relais de croissance pour développer l'activité et la pérenniser.
- Comprendre les habitudes des consommateurs, les comportements des acheteurs, les besoins des clients, la stratégie et les intérêts du groupe et développer notre part de marché dans la zone.
- Négocier et exécuter les contrats avec les distributeurs/clients afin d'optimiser la gestion des pertes et profits et d'atteindre les objectifs.
- Définir, avec les équipes marketing centrales et locales, un plan marketing pertinent (meilleure offre / innovation / communication...) pour développer nos marques sur ses marchés. Veiller avec son Trade Marketing Manager, à la bonne planification et exécution du plan stratégique.
- Obtenir les résultats attendus en matière de P&L grâce à une gestion efficace des ventes, du marketing et des dépenses.
- Être reconnu comme l'ambassadeur du groupe pour soutenir la stratégie de l'entreprise.
- Faire des recommandations à l'équipe centrale (ventes et marketing).
- Gérer les activités à l'aide des outils appropriés et assurer un suivi précis et régulier des opportunités commerciales et des prévisions fiables.

**Profil**

De formation supérieure commerciale ou Marketing (bac 4 ou +5, type école de commerce ou équivalent )

Un excellent niveau en anglais et en français est souhaité.

**Compétences techniques requises**:

- Une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, en tant que Chef de Zone, Responsable Export ou Country Manager, idéalement sur la zone USA
- Expérience dans le déploiement d’une stratégie marketing opérationnelle
- Connaissance du Retail et de la Grande consommation
- Bon niveau d’analyse & de suivi
- Sens tactique avéré, Vision stratégique
- Capacité à convaincre, à entrainer ses interlocuteurs dans ses choix.
- Culture du résultat
- Du potentiel. Il pourra, à terme, évoluer au sein du groupe.

Les +:

- Une connaissance du secteur Hors-domicile serait idéale
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation en centrales d'achat
- Une 1ère expérience managériale serait appréciée

**Eléments contractuels**

Poste basé en Ile de France avec 2 jours de home-office possible par semaine.

Des déplacements sur la zone USA/Canada sont à prévoir à raison de 5 à 8 voyages par an, d'une semaine chacun**.**

Salaire attractif avec fixe adapté à la séniorité + 20% de bonus + participation & Intéressement + Mutuelle + 10 jours RTT + avantages d’un groupe
