**Job Description**:
At Accor Contact Centers, we aim to create value for our hotels by engaging satisfied guests and by increasing revenues through our Reservation services. Our Contact Centers offer the possibility for our guests to book any hotel, anywhere, anytime, in the guest’s language of preference, all year round.
Our Contact Centers team is looking for a new Hotel Account Manager to help us achieve our growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, your role will focus on promoting our Contact Centers service on a global level, expanding our hotel base, and building long lasting relationships with each hotel working with us.
**Responsibilities**
- Be the ambassador of our contact center service, in charge of sectors of activity and geographical areas, animation, monitoring, and prospecting in the primary hotel area
- Collaborate with the Growth and Sales Director to develop comprehensive sales strategies, goals, and action plans to achieve revenue targets
- Proactively promoting and selling our service to targeted hotels and expanding our client base
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Representation of the Contact Centers at various events (i.e., Hotel & trade shows, seminars and promotional activities )
**Qualifications**:
- Bac +4/5 / master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (a relevant combination of education and experience will be considered)
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within the hospitality industry, with a focus on contact center solutions would be a plus
- Demonstrated record of exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and another language
- You are hands on, and you get things done
- You are organized, structured
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced, dynamic environment
