**Job Description**:
**The Role**
- This is a fully remote role *_
We are looking for an energetic, unstoppable Project Manager to join our team.
Reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for supervising and delivering IN-VR’s most relevant Governmental contracts in a big part of Africa and potentially the MENA region.
You will be expected to work closely with the Governments in the region, understand their needs and then orchestrate (along with our internal departments and other external outsourced stakeholders) their 12/24 months strategy to attract the necessary investments they need for their Nation’s future.
With that said, you will work closely with teams across IN-VR’s organization, specifically Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that our clients’ deliverables and requests are being properly attended to, with a healthy balance between optimal satisfaction of the client and its expectations management. You will be in charge of ensuring that the teams are aligned and that all benefits are being delivered in due time.
**_ Responsibilities_**
- Project managing from A to Z our Marketing and Business Development contracts with energy authorities including site visits to client’s HQs
- Nurturing and expanding fruitful relationships with high-level Government officials and C-level executives
- Attending international exhibitions, conferences and other BD activities
- Working alongside with Marketing, Revenue Enablement, etc to define and execute strategies for client engagement and management

Required qualifications and experience_**
- BA or MA with sound knowledge of international politics and law, economics, business management, marketing or communications*
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in project/ programme management
- Fluent in both written and spoken English AND French (with additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic or Portuguese as a major plus)
- No travel restrictions
- Previous experiences in African and Middle Eastern markets are a plus
- Based most of the year in compatible time zones with Central European Time
- Experience in attending conferences and other Public Relations events
- Knowledge in Energy and/ or Oil and Gas is a plus
- Excellent adaptability to an international environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs;
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, results-driven, competitive, self-starter;
- A highly independent and vivacious personality;
- Year-round availability to travel up to 2 weeks each time;
- Excellent personal and professional presentation;
- Excellent with meeting demanding deadlines and working in a quickly paced environment
