Within the Energy, Enterprise & Government Business unit, and to support the growing business towards Governmental entities, the Government, Emerging Markets & Events sales unit is recruiting a **Sales Manager**.
Reporting to the VP Sales, the applicant will have the responsibility **grow the Governmental business in Europe** by elaborating and deploying a sales strategy targeting acquisition of new clients, as well as growth with existing portfolio of customers including Government entities, Key Accounts and Defense-specialized partners across Europe. He will be expected to overperform objectives, build trust with customers, provide critical and strategic feedback, and formulate proposals for bigger reach and performance.
This role is based in Paris (FR), or in another office we have in Europe, and includes regular European travels.

- Position Marlink as a leading IT and Satcom solutions provider towards Governmental institutions accross European countries
- Contribute to achieve financial objectives at Corporate, Business Unit and Department levels
- Ensure accurate sales processing and customer satisfaction
- Be an active and contributive member of the ecosystem

- Master degree in Business
- Successful 7+ years’ experience in Sales, ideally in a technologic market
- Knowledge of the Governmental sales process
- Experience in complex sales/contracts management
- Fluent in English, another language is a +
- Attitude & Interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen & Communication skills
- Autonomy, reliability, responsibility
