CONTEXTE

En tant que membre de l'équipe Business & Strategy, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale de nos clients.
- Le site sur Paris à quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel est facilement accessible par les transports en commun (Métro, RER). Les locaux récemment rénovés offrent un espace de travail à la fois chargé d'histoire et au design moderne et aéré.
- Vous aimez les interactions humaines ? Nous aussi C'est pourquoi, même si nous proposons des jours de télétravail, nous encourageons le travail en équipe sur site.

MISSIONS

En tant que** Business Developer** vous aurez les responsabilités de:
**Commercial**:

- Identifier, qualifier, participer à et/ou organiser la réponse à des dossiers/projets publics et privés ;
- Réceptionner les demandes des clients, répondre aux appels d'offres et mener les négociations et les discussions jusqu' à la signature des contrats de vente ;
- Cadrer les besoins du client, anticiper les problèmes, résoudre les crises ;
- Assurer les présentations (démonstration sur site, à distance )
- Développer des partenariats (B to B) ;
- Développer et entretenir un portefeuille client ;
- Développer des relations de confiance avec les clients et partenaires ;

**Recrutement**:

- Participer aux activités de sourcing, casting, closing ;
- Développer une stratégie d'acquisition de nouveaux talents et mettre en œuvre tous les moyens nécessaires afin de pourvoir les missions ouvertes.

**CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ : VOUS **

Vous justifiez d'une formation diplômante avec une réelle appétence pour le digital ;
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication ;
- Capacité de négociation ;
- Excellente connaissance (écrite et parlée) du français. L'anglais est un atout.
- Vous avez le sens du service et du travail en équipe ;
- Vous êtes proactif et curieux ;
- Vous êtes structuré et organisé.
- Au-delà de vos compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité ambitieuse, orientée résultats et ayant le goût de l'engagement ✨
