**Position Description**:
Vous intégrez une équipe en charge du développement commercial et du suivi des opérations dans le secteur de la banque. En tant que Directeur Conseil Services (Account Manager), vous participez à sa croissance.

Un poste pour lequel les dimensions commerciales, le suivi des opérations et le suivi des équipes sont au cœur des responsabilités.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- En tant que Directeur Conseil Services, votre mission comprend:

- Business / Développement des affaires:
- Développement du périmètre commercial confié, prospection
- Suivi des prestations en cours et de la satisfaction client
- Promotion des offres et du savoir-faire de CGI
- Participation à des actions d'avant-vente et management des réponses aux appels d'offres

Gestion des opérations:
- Gestion financière du périmètre en responsabilité
- Pilotage pour atteindre les objectifs en matière de revenus et de rentabilité
- Participation aux instances de gouvernance des projets
- Pilotage des missions et des consultants de votre périmètre d’actions

Ressources humaines:
- Gestion d’une équipe de 15 à 20 collaborateurs,
- Suivi de carrière (Formation, évolution, ) des collaborateurs
- Recrutement de nouveaux collaborateurs

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac+5), école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience commerciale réussie d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l’IT et possédez les compétences clés suivantes:
- Excellent sens du relationnel, à l'écoute de nos clients
- Autonomie sur le cycle de ventes, du RDV au closing
- Capacité à constituer des offres complexes, dans un contexte international

Vous devrez porter une vision stratégique et ambitieuse auprès des membres et des clients.
- Etre Créatif et capable de penser en dehors du cadre, pour imaginer les solutions de demain.
