Descriptif du poste
AMARIS GROUP est à la recherche d'un contract manager H/F, pour travailler chez un de ses clients, spécialisé dans le secteur du nucléaire.
Le poste est à pourvoir en Ile de France (92).
Vous aurez pour mission:
- Suivre les évènements contractuelles (alertes fournisseurs, réclamations, offres commerciales, communications en lien avec la bonne exécution du Contrat,..) et en assurer le bon traitement dans les temps impartis par les Conditions.
- Définir la forme contractuelle de communication la plus opportune à utiliser en fonction des évènements à tracer
- Préparer les communications contractuelles et commerciales en s’appuyant sur les Conditions du Contrat et sur les éléments fournis par le Chef de Projet.
- Analyser les communications émises par les fournisseurs et proposer la réponse la plus adapter.
- Etre le relai entre les équipes Commerciales et Légales du Client et l’équipe Projet sur les sujets pouvant impacter l’exécution des Contrats.
- Préparer toutes les communications génériques applicables aux Contrats qui lui sont confiés et s’assurer de leur émission
- Consolider et assurer la traçabilité de tous les évènements et éléments contractuels pouvant s’avérer nécessaire dans le cadre d’une gestion contractuelle efficiente des Contrats (préparation des arguments de défense de réclamations)
- Contribuer à la bonne compréhension par l’équipe Projet des règles et enjeux des Conditions du Contrat
- Coordonner les sujets juridiques sensibles (type export control, Brexit, force majeur) avec les équipes juridique Client.
Le télétravail est autorisé (2 à 3 jours max)
Profil recherché
Vous disposez d'une formation bac +5:
Une expérience similaire de plus de 5 ans en dehors de l'alternance ;
Vous devez être en mesure de:
Démonstration de la capacité d analyse commerciale et contractuelle
Démonstration d expérience Projet EPCC
Trés bonne capacité rédactionnelle en anglais contractuel
Connaissance des Contrats FIDIC DM et DMS (est un avantage)
Très bon niveau d anglais
