  • Address technical inquiries related to HR management and ensure follow-up (affiliations, terminations, changes in employee membership, sick leave declarations, and monitoring)
  • Review contractual documents and communication materials provided by partners
  • Oversee the implementation of contracts
  • Assist client managers in developing tailored health and group insurance solutions
  • Create commercial and management communication materials for clients
  • Document new business activities and contract changes
  • Provide regular reports on departmental operations and engage in cross-functional projects
Previous experience in group health and insurance schemes is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
