**Your role**
- You will be visiting, maintaining and developing our current distributor network in Africa and key customers or a specific region in France;
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new markets for our Green Pin product range;
- Establishing strong connections with all stakeholders, internal and external;
- Supporting our distributor requirements both commercially and technically;
- You will provide on site and online Presentations and Trainings to distributors and End-users, in French and preferably also in English;
- You will be turnover and margin responsible;
- You will work in close cooperation with the Area Sales manager France You will work as a team to take care of part of our French distributors;
- Reporting on a regular basis and frequent communication with Sr. Area Sales manager North/Western Europe and Afrika.

- Bac+2 degree preferably linked to sales;
- Commercial understanding is essential, basic understanding of Lifting Industry is desired / Experience in the Lifting industry is a benefit;
- Interested in the industry business and curious to learn and teach our concern for quality and safe products;
- Familiarity with the African and French lifting market with a strong network of contacts;
- Experience with traveling/visiting customers in Africa and France;
- 3rd or 4th step in your carrier;
- Knowledge of sales through an international distributor network;
- Experience with end user contact together with the distributor;
- Ability to “read and understand” the market;
- Focus on relation management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Open and listen to customers;
- Advanced usage of MS Office;
- Fluency in French and English language, additional language(s) are an advantage;
- Willingness to travel. Travel requirement of 15 to 20 weeks in both Afrika and France;
- Driving license is required.
