**Introduction**
En tant que Contract Manager, vous pilotez la relation partenariale d’un ou plusieurs Centres de Services IT.

Et après ? Evoluez vers un périmètre plus large, un rôle de Manager ou encore de PMO, selon vos appétences et compétences

A la DSI de la Banque Postale et Assurance (1700 collaborateurs à Nantes, Toulouse, Issy Les Moulineaux et Gradignan), vos actions auront un impact positif sur nos clients pour une finance plus responsable et une transition juste.

**Vos missions** >> **Vous serez le **contact privilégié des Directions ou des Domaines opérationnels **pour vos Contrats.
- Pour **la mise en place opérationnelle**
- Pour **le suivi contractuel**: suivi de la qualité de service, suivi des engagements, suivi financier.
- Pour **conseiller et aider les équipes opérationnelles au quotidien**, que ce soit sur des questions contractuelles, opérationnelles ou financières et ce dans le respect des engagements du Contrat et de la Politique de Sourcing.
- Pour **challenger les équipes et les Partenaires** dans le cadre de plans d’amélioration continue.

**>> **Vous **animerez les instances de gouvernance** de votre portefeuille contractuel
- **Mensuellement pour le Comité de Pilotage** : en préparant les tableaux de bord opérationnels et économiques pour la revue de la QS, le suivi financier et la visibilité sur le Plan de charge.
- **Semestriellement pour les Comités Contractuels** : en préparant les enquêtes de satisfaction, en consolidant les données de performance économique et opérationnelles. En vérifiant le bon respect des engagements.

Vous contribuerez à mettre en place les évolutions demandées par la Maitrise des Risques dans vos Contrats, et éventuellement animerez un comité de sécurité si besoin.

**>> **Vous veillerez au** respect des engagements contractuels**:

- En vérifiant l’alignement permanent des objectifs contractuels avec les objectifs réels, en suivant les SLA
- En suivant l’aspect commandes/facturation et en maintenant un Catalogue de service à jour, optimisé et performant.
- En suivant les Plans d’actions en cas de difficultés ou de problèmes graves et récurrents

**_ VOTRE EQUIPE_**

Vous intégrez un collectif de 7 personnes réparties sur nos différents sites. Votre montée en compétences sera assurée progressivement grâce à vos homologues et votre manager.
**Votre profil**
Ce poste exige de bien connaître le monde du « Delivery » informatique, les différents acteurs et enjeux qui y sont associés. Nous imaginons donc notre futur(e ) Contract Manager comme possédant une expérience d’au moins 10 années sur des rôles de type Acheteuse/Acheteur (dans le monde IT), PMO ou Engagement Manager.

Pour réussir à ce poste, il est également nécessaire de posséder une bonne maîtrise des TCD sur Excel.

Ce poste permet d’apprendre beaucoup sur le fonctionnement de la stratégie IT de la Banque Postale, dans ses volets financiers, organisationnels et contractuels.
