TASTE est un Cabinet de conseil en recrutement innovant, indépendant et convivial positionné depuis 2004 sur le marché des cadres experts (middle-top management). _
Dans le cadre du développement de son Pôle Média et de la croissance de son activité, notre client, un des plus importants groupes de communication corporate indépendant en France, recherche un Key Account Manager (F/H).
Rattaché à l’équipe Grands Comptes, composée de 4 Key Account Managers. Ce département a pour client des responsables recrutement qui ont de gros besoins recrutements et doivent trouver des stratégies de sourcing de masse.
Vous aurez la responsabilité de:
- Analyser les enjeux de sourcing et d’expression de la marque employeur des clients pour proposer des stratégies média pertinentes et innovantes ;
- Rassembler toutes les données marché et repères nécessaires pour renforcer vos préconisations auprès de vos interlocuteurs ;
- Gérer et assurer le bon développement du portefeuille client ;
- Entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients ;
- Assurer une bonne relation avec les partenaires média lors de l’élaboration des propositions, des négociations et du suivi des prestations ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la team Suivi/Qualité et la team Marketing Digital.
Vous justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience, dans les contenus et l’éditorial, en accompagnement de clients corporate et BtoB, acquise en agence de communication RH, en cabinet de recrutement ou au sein d’un média emploi de préférence. Vous êtes aussi à l’aise dans une posture conseil que commerciale. Vous avez de grandes qualités relationnelles. Vous êtes agile, pragmatique, organisé et rigoureux avec un grand sens du travail en équipe.Localisation : Paris
