**Présentation**:
La société l'entreprise propose une approche innovante et unique autour du véhicule connecté. Sans installation de boitier, nos clients B2B peuvent accéder aux données de leur véhicule sans engagement et en fonction de leurs besoins.

Nous avons développé des intégrations avec de nombreux constructeurs automobiles afin d'offrir un point d'accès unique pour tous les véhicules, grâce à notre API moderne et flexible.Ces données sont harmonisées dans un format unique, permettant à tous les services de mobilité d'exploiter la valeur cachée des données de leur parc automobile, l'entreprise vous permet de connecter vos voitures en quelques minutes.

Dans le cadre de son développement international, l'entreprise recherche un profil Key Account Manager pour gérer des comptes clients importants et internationaux et servir de point de contact principal.

**Missions**:

- Tenir à jour les dossiers clients et assurer le suivi et mises à jour et des contrats.
- Travailler avec les équipes sales et les autres équipes internes
- Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos produits et de nos offres afin de développer de l'upsell et cross-sell
- Traiter les demandes et requêtes des clients en répondant à leurs besoins.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience similaire sur un marché BtoB
- 5 ans d'expérience au minimum
- Maîtrise de logiciels de gestion des ventes et de CRM
