As the leader of the Premium Selective Beauty retailing, Sephora is growing fast and has started a major transformation of its processes, systems and ways of working. The harmonization across the regions of the Master Item Data is one of the key enablers of this major transformation journey. The role consists in leading this transformation and building the Item Data community so that the new processes and the new classifications/codifications are timely and qualitatively updated. The role will report to the Global Supply Chain VP and will be a key partner of the teams (Finance, Supply, Offer, Retail, Digital, Tech) involved in this transformation.
**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
- Define and set up the global governance rules on Master Item Data
- Build and run the new global Master Item classification (principles, policies, standards, guidelines for data management)
- Define and implement the ERP and IS tools enabling the creation and the maintenance of the Master Data, adapted to the needs of the business activity, while ensuring the data homogeneity
- Collaborate with Data Architects to guide and monitor enterprise Data Model and Architecture
- Build and animate the Business Data Owners community (within different geographies and across different functions)
- In the mid-term, implement the Global Master Item Data center of expertise: Master Data creation, maintenance, cleaning, consistency
- Act as a key contributor to SAP roll-outs (migration to S4Hana) and to any project impacting Master Data: participation in the solutions design and validation, evaluation of impacts, tests
- You graduated from a Business school or equivalent, you have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
- You have a solid professional experience of 5 years minimum in the Supply Chain domain, ideally in a large multinational firm.
- You are organized and rigorous, with strong analytical skills.
- You demonstrate strong listening skills, curiosity and excellent communication skills.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative and challenge-driven environment where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives, with team spirit.
- You will be working in a multi-cultural environment where a very good level of English (oral and written) is mandatory to succeed. International experience is a plus.
**Position based **in our Sephora HQ in Neuilly sur Seine (92). International travel can be expected (4/year)

Retailer leader de l’industrie des produits de beauté haut-de-gamme, Sephora se développe rapidement est a amorcé une transformation majeure de ses process, systèmes et modes de travail. L’harmonisation de la Masterdata Produit entre les Régions et un des leviers clés de cette transformation. Le/la Responsable Masterdata Monde mènera cette transformation et constituera la Communauté Item Data afin que les nouveaux process, nouvelles classifications et codifications soient mis à jour régulièrement et qualitativement.
Le/la Responsable Masterdata Monde sera rattaché.e au Global Supply Chain VP et sera un partenaire clé des autres fonctions impliquées dans la transformation de Sephora (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Tech, Digital).
**Vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce poste si vous êtes prêt à**
- Définir et implémenter les outils ERP et IS permettant la création et la gestion de la Masterdata, en lien avec les besoins du business, en garantissant l’homogénéité de la donnée
- Collaborer avec les Data Architects pour guider et monitorer le Modèle et l’Architecture Data
- Créer et animer la communauté des Business Data Owners (au sein des différentes régions et à travers différentes fonctions)
- Sur le moyen-terme, implémenter le Centre d’Expertise Master Item Data (s’assurant de la création, mise à jour, maintenance et cohérence de la Master Data)
