Fondée par une équipe passionnée d'entrepreneurs, notre entreprise vise à résoudre les défis liés à la préservation des aliments dans les régions où l'accès à l'électricité est limité. En effet, encore 760 million de personnes dans le monde n’ont pas accès à l’électricité et de ce fait a la réfrigération (seulement 2 personnes sur 10 en Afrique Subsaharienne) avec 40 % des aliments produits en Afrique subsaharienne sont gaspillés en raison du manque de réfrigération.

Nos solutions Koolboks, sont conçues pour répondre aux besoins des populations dans les zones hors réseau

électrique. En utilisant des technologies novatrices, notre équipe a développé un produit abordable, respectueux de l'environnement et capable de maintenir une température de conservation adéquate pour les produits périssables, et ce meme sans électricité.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**

Vous aiderez activement le COO (Chief Operation Officer) et les C-Levels (Comex) à développer Koolboks,

à structurer les routines exécutives et à apporter votre soutien sur les projets stratégiques dans les différentes unités afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. À ce titre, vous serez impliqué(e) et exposé(e) aux aspects les plus critiques et les plus stratégiques de l'entreprise. Nous travaillons dans un contexte 100% international, et la maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) est indispensable.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Point de contact Stratégie partenaires B2B : Koolboks compte de nombreux partenaires en Afrique

Subsaharienne et en Asie. Vous serez le support du COO et du Deputy Global Operations Manager sur toutes les demandes de nos partenaires B2B. De plus, vous contribuerez au passage à l’échelle de Koolboks sur toutes les dimensions liées à notre développement commercial à l’international, notamment la croissance, le marketing, les ressources humaines, l'ouverture de nouveaux marchés, etc.
- Supply Chain & Production : Vous assisterez le COO et le Supply Chain Manager dans la réalisation des opérations en recueillant, analysant et contrôlant les données et les indicateurs clés afin de garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Exécution : Vous serez impliqué(e) dans le travail quotidien du COO en l’aidant à préparer les documents pour les réunions hebdomadaires, les interventions externes, les revues trimestrielles des activités, ainsi que les documents destinés aux investisseurs et les réunions du Board auxquelles vous assisterez.
- Projets stratégiques : Vous participerez à des projets en fonction des priorités de Koolboks à ce moment
- là, notamment la levée de fonds, l'intégration de logiciels, la gestion de stock, la mise en place de procédures, le recrutement, les fusions et acquisitions, etc.
- Efficacité interne : Vous travaillerez sur les processus et la documentation internes afin d'accroître l'efficacité de l'organisation et des méthodes de travail.
- Divers : Vous déchargerez le COO de certaines tâches administratives annexes.

**Conditions : Le début du contrat ASAP.**

Un niveau d'anglais courant, à l'écrit et à l'oral, est indispensable.

**La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction du profil (une certaine flexibilité s'applique, donc n'hésitez pas à postuler en cas de doute).**
