**HEINEKEN France** recherche son/sa **Adjoint Procurement Developpment & Operations H/F**
basé(e) au siège à Rueil-Malmaison.
Au sein de la Direction des Achats et plus spécifiquement au sein du Procurement Développement & Operations Department, l’Adjoint du Responsable assure le rôle de:
- Piloter l’activité du quotidien de la Cellule Centrale d’achats quotidien (création et transformation des demandes d’achat en commandes, créations fournisseurs, création et modification de contrats système et codes articles)
- Leader des projets de transformation au sein des Achats (PoT, déploiement de nouveaux outils, Hubs, etc)
- Coordonner la mise en place des évolutions IT (Groupe et/ou local)
- Optimiser les processus opérationnels à partir de sa connaissance E2E du processus Source to Pay
- Créer et mettre à disposition des KPI’s sur le processus Source to Pay
- Animer la communauté de créateurs de commandes et demandes d’achats.
- ns niveaux de documentation dans le respect des règles fiscales, comptables (IFRS et françaises) et des règles groupe
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des commissaires aux comptes, du groupe au niveau global et de l'administration fiscale et des douanes dans le cadre de leurs revues et de leurs contrôles (fiscaux ou douaniers)
**Profil**:
De formation BAC+5 vous avez une expérience au minimum de 5/7 ans dans le département des Achats, la gestion de projets ou transformation d’entreprise.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership. Vous êtes pro-actif(ve) et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’analyse, votre curiosité et votre forte orientation solutions.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, avec un excellent relationnel qui vous permet de mener à bien vos missions et de travailler en équipe.
Vous avez une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques du type Pack Office et un bon niveau d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
