The Customer Service department is at the heart of our value proposition. The team supports our clients in their activities. They carry out onboarding and training for new customers (or existing customers integrating new products) and provide a level 1 technical assistance and incident resolution service. When necessary, they escalate to levels 2 and 3. The Technical Service Specialists (TSS) regularly forward user comments to the Product teams.
To be as close as possible to our customers, the teams are located in each of our 22 offices, and the assistance can be reached more than 10 hours a day, thanks to a rotation of the teams, including weekends (Barcelona team).
You will be joining the Global Training team, composed of 3 people.
You will be reporting to Stephen Graf - Global Training Manager.
**\uD83D\uDCBB YOUR SCOPE**:
The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering onsite or remote training sessions both to customers or D-EDGERS. He / She/ Them takes part in the development of the training offers ; the collection, analysis and building of action plans with the objective to improve the product adoption.
He / She / Them coordinates administrative tasks linked with operational activities.
**\uD83C\uDFAF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Sets the engineering management of knowledge skills rating Builds a virtuous circle of training dynamic involving other departments
- Collect, streamline and analyse training data Takes charge of administrative tasks
- Profiles learners with the aim to identify and address specific needs
- Develops new training medium
- Conceive training programs
- Delivers training internally and externally
- Designs and conducts group training
- Ensure and challenges quality of training Keep up with D-EDGE products and features evolutions as well as the market trends in the industry.

- You have mandatory experience in the Hospitality industry

- You demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
