**Event & Production Manager - Paris**
- This position is based with a leading global audio visual integrator, who provide AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally._
- We are looking for an experienced Events and Production lead to be a key part of the Paris team, working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank. You will take full responsibility for the events within theAuditorium, Control room and meeting room environments._
- The client regularly delivers high profile events from their auditorium hosting many senior figures from Government, Business and Sport._
- Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and driving all events and AV production activity for the bank
- Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders and company associates
- Development, coordination, and delivery of high-profile events within a managed service environment
- Live events support
- successful execution of pre-planned design ensuring all technical aspects and deliverables are met or even exceeded
- Ability to provide workarounds in the event of equipment failure
- Provide audio visual support to other areas of the business when required
- Post event reporting to highlight production improvements and enhancements to service
**Desirable skills**
- Minimum of three years corporate events experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies (control room and auditorium)
- Proven ability in operating audio, video and lighting equipment
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations successfully
- Have excellent communication, time management, presentation and organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to use own initiative appropriately
**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paris (75): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Audio visual technical: 2 years (preferred)
